  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Slice block feta into sticks about ½-inch thick and 3 inches long
  3. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil
  4. Add a second sheet on top, brush again, then place a piece of feta near the bottom edge
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, repeating for each roll
  6. Arrange all rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using, then bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy
  8. While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan and add chili flakes or hot sauce to create the chili honey
  9. Let rolls cool slightly, drizzle generously with chili honey, and serve immediately
